3.6. Reporting on the Systems Engineering Project

The main need for reporting arises after the analysis and evaluation of the health information system. The report should comprise the results of the analysis and suggestions for an improvement. A submission to relevant members of the district health team enables a correction of the results and also the discussion of the further proceeding. Additional copies shall be sent to other involved parties like the GTZ head quarter in Germany. The report shall be structured according to the multi level model for the description of information systems. This enables the presentation of opportunities for an improvement according to the respective levels. For the final report on the complete systems engineering project the submission of this thesis must be sufficient.
